This excellent starter instrument features keywork specially designed to cater for smaller hands. A ‘Short reach’ mechanism makes it easier for smaller hands to reach all the keys. It also comes with an adjustable spike for playing stability and comfort, along with a balancing arm. We've re-designed the bell so that the case is small and convenient to carry. The keywork is heavily silverplated for durability and appearance - it is also very strong aiding the longevity and reliability of the bassoon. A maple body gives the bassoon good tonal characteristics. And it has two crooks to aid personal tuning. The instrument comes in a lightweight case with backpack straps. A perfect student bassoon.
